We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our Perth-based team and play a pivotal role in delivering this groundbreaking project.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the demolition scope for production, infrastructure, and facilities tied to the WAO Demolition Project.
Beyond delivering outstanding project outcomes, you will have the opportunity to spearhead business development, drive innovation, and help shape Liberty Industrial's future by identifying new opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities Leadership Excellence : Plan, coordinate, and lead project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Optimizing Resources : Maximise project efficiencies while maintaining strict compliance with standards and regulations.
Safety Champion: Foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across all projects.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on with strategic, effective solutions.
Risk Management : Maintain and update risk registers, effectively mitigating risks to ensure seamless operations.
Team Leadership : Inspire and supervise project teams, driving collaboration and achieving project milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, unions, and stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
Mentorship & Development : Guide and train project staff, nurturing their professional growth.
HSEQ Compliance: Enforce stringent safety, environmental, and risk assessment standards.
What You'll Bring Experience: 5–10 years of project management experience in oil & gas construction or demolition industries.
Communication Skills: A proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in driving safety, environmental, and commercial outcomes.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Cost, Time, Resources (CTR) contracts is highly desirable.
Collaborative Experience: Experience working on large-scale projects alongside multiple project managers is an advantage.
Environmental Acumen: Knowledge of managing projects in environmentally sensitive settings is a bonus.
