In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by:
Leading a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers across QLD; encompassing Townsville, Cairns, Rockhampton, St George, Dalby, Toowoomba, Maroochydore, Brisbane and regional customers including the NT. Enhancing sales strategies for your state in conjunction with a national approach and ensuring those strategies are understood and well executed by your team. Supporting your team through change, technology transformation, and ensuring an engaged and collaborative crew who are committed to adopting successful sales operating rhythms with our customers front of mind. Investing in your people, providing mentoring and coaching to further their development and progression, as well as timely feedback and support to ensure performance outcomes are achieved. Establishing a culture built on accountability and achieving outcomes in a way that is true to our values. This is not your average Regional Manager role.
You will have a seat, and more importantly a voice, on the Agri Senior Leadership Team table where we will encourage you to challenge the status quo and stretch into strategic development opportunities.
What you'll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated expertise in leading a large agribusiness team with deep knowledge of lending and credit risk principles. Up-to-date knowledge and insights of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets. A passion for developing others through a robust approach to coaching, including sales and performance management. A deep understanding of the tools and principles that enhance operational excellence and drive a culture focused on continuous improvement. The ability to collaborate and think outside the box to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions across all divisions of the bank. Demonstrated exposure in successfully leading a team/business through multifaceted transformation and change will be highly regarded.
