As such, we're searching for individuals who have the resilience and drive required to help us on that path.Together, we believe we can achieve a more sustainable future; a future in which waste is a resource.What you'll love:Drive supercharged business growth for WADynamic position that drives results and opportunitiesEnergetic and high volume environmentAbout the role:As a results driven and energetic State Sales Manager for WA, reporting to the General Manager Western Australia, you will lead the local development and implementation of sales and account management strategies to achieve our growth targets.
This will be achieved through leading your team of phone-based inside sales and field sales covering small business and SME's, through to major accounts managers who generate loyalty with top tier customers through building long term relationships.
This position is critical to achieving market share and revenue targets for REMONDIS.The potential to grow sales is limitless.
Every commercial and industrial business produces waste, and you'll have the autonomy to drive growth with no handbrakeWho you are:You'll bring a depth of experience and track record in managing sales teams, delivering results, and driving market share and profit growth in high pressure environments (necessary)Focused on having strong customer management and relationship skills Ability to drive outcomes through data driven analyticsYou communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers and team is as friendly as it is consultativeYou are experienced in sales analytics and CRM systems, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your teams successYou'll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers and senior stakeholders with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelWhilst experience in the waste arena is of benefit, it is more important to us possess the drive, motivation and resilience to succeed in a high paced and dynamic environmentReasons you'll stay:Entrepreneurial: Ability to drive outcomes and think outside the square to achieve results within the parameters of sales proceduresLeadership: mentor and lead the sales team and influence our customer service and operations teams to retain and build customer loyalty.Autonomy:You'll have the resources and systems you need to be successful and the independence and autonomy to thriveFlexibility and self-motivated:You'll be given the freedom to prioritise your time and working preferences.
