Our team members collaborate across various business units to not only bolster our broker network but also to pioneer the innovative thinking, systems, and technologies that will propel the insurance sector into the future.We are leaders of the general insurance broking and underwriting industry, and we lead from the front.We are seeking a Senior Cyber Governance Analyst for a newly created role in the Cyber Security Governance Team suited for a professional with previous cyber security and assessment experience.They will assist the cyber security assessment program of Steadfast equity businesses and help with the implementation of the Steadfast cyber security framework for Steadfast equity businesses.ResponsibilitiesSupport cyber security assessmentsAssist with the implementation of the internal cyber security framework through liaison and consultation.Provide uplift of cyber security controls utilising a pragmatic approach.Support the businesses in identifying cybersecurity and IT solutions and vendors.Communicate with the businesses about centralised cyber security services in.Identify opportunities in providing specific cybersecurity services centrally.Continue to strengthen the business relationship for matters relating to cyber security governance.Skills and Knowledge A bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related fields.Previous cyber security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) experience.Experience in performing assessments and/or audits.Practical knowledge of ASD Essential Eight (E8).Understanding of cybersecurity principles and common security frameworks, including APRA CPS234, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, NIST CSF.Benefits As a valued member of the Steadfast team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive array of benefits tailored to support your professional and personal well-being.
