Crown Sydney is home to a number of apartment owners and occupiers within the ultra-prestigious, Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, and as a Residential Concierge you'll be responsible for providing elevated and personalised customer service experiences, ensuring any and all requirements are fulfilled.
This is a busy and dynamic role which will see you providing assistance to our guests for restaurant and amenity bookings, information on apartment features, facilitating access to residential services, as well as maintenance programs.
You'll also work closely with the Hotel Concierge team to support with hotel work overflows, as well as facilitating Crown's Sky Deck tours to the general public.Some of the key responsibilities will involve:Work collaboratively to deliver smooth and effective daily operations of the Residential Concierge deskProviding services on behalf of residents such as access, facilities, bookings and reservationsProviding accurate and timely information and advice to all guests and residentsSupporting the Hotel Concierge team with overflow, including reservations, tours and local knowledgeFollowing SOPs and systems appropriately with regard to special requests and account paymentsEnsuring all room requirements are met and that guest arrivals/check ins are not delayedEnsuring data entry/admin and history records are managed accurately in MYBOS and OperaLiaising with other departments across the hotel such as Housekeeping, Bell, Hotel Duty Managers, and Villas to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirementsCompleting daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting to the deck and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of SydneyYou'll haveAbility to commit to shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, overnights, weekends and public holidaysExperience in a similar frontline / customer-facing role within a hotel or residential Apartment environmentUnderstanding of Residential or Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably MYBOS or OPERA)Proven ability and skills to provide superior customer service standards and requirements in a luxury settingIntermediate skills with the Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc)A qualification in hospitality or business-related qualification will be highly regardedWhat we offer you:Full-time, permanent opportunity based in the luxurious Crown SydneyComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad + sandwich bar, fruit and pastries)Opportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crown's group-wide recognition and awards programAbility to be an active member and contribute in Crown's community, diversity & inclusion committeesGenerous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and barsTailored uniform provided, laundered free on-site for every shiftOpportunity to be part of a high performing team and work in the exclusive One Barangaroo ResidencesAccess to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and moreAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
