The reputation for excellence, strong investment, and stability makes our client a trusted partner in the sector.The RoleFor the right candidate, the responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: Design and implement streamlined operational practices to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency.Manage and oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and budgeting of the Transport, Depot, and Maintenance teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, union agreements, and customer expectations across transport operations.Introduce cost-saving measures to improve profitability and meet financial targets.Collaborate on customer onboarding while strengthening and maintaining existing client relationships.Oversee workforce and equipment management to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.Your BackgroundExtensive experience within transport and logistics, including roles such as Transport/State Operations Manager.Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs effectively.Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled at managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Strategic thinker with the ability to align regional operations with broader company goals.Exceptional analytical skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve operational performance.Adaptable and resilient, excelling in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.What's on offer?A competitive salary package and growth opportunities within the business to help you achieve your career aspirations.
