You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:
Family provision claims, contested grants, general equity litigation, protective list matters and judicial advice applications Applying for both simple and complex grants Advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of estates Assisting the Director with Court-appointed independent administrator appointments You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while being supported and mentored by the Director.

Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will possess:
4+ years PQE in Wills and Estates Experience in estate litigation Excellent written and verbal communication Strong research, analytical and drafting skills Passion for helping clients and delivering outcomes Ability to work efficiently and manage Court deadlines and workflow An enthusiastic and optimistic demeanour About McIntyre Legal McIntyre Legal is an award-winning law firm specialising in estate planning, probate, and estate litigation.
