Company Description Green Fox Training Studio is Australia's first not-for-profit creative training facility. It was initially established within a high-security prison in QLD. Building on its success, it has expanded its reach to include incarcerated youth, women, and other areas of marginalisation, aiming to provide creative training opportunities.
Role Description This is a casual position for a minimum of 2 days per week, on-site role for a Youth Program Coordinator at Green Fox Training Studio in Brisbane, QLD. The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing youth programs, developing youth development initiatives, managing program activities, and mentoring youth participants on a daily basis.
Qualifications Youth Programs and Youth Development SkillsStrong Communication SkillsProgram Management AbilitiesYouth Mentoring experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingExperience working with marginalised youth populationsQualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, Education or a related fieldThis role would suit someone who genuinely has an interest in social justice and can show maturity in advocating for the rights and dignity of young people.
