Australian Panels has become one of Australia's leading manufacturers of Melamine panels, Thermolaminated doors, particleboard, and components for all joinery applications, well known through the polytec brand.
Alongside is Crossmuller, building world class manufacturing facilities from design through to construction, to mechanical, electrical, and engineering installation and commissioning.
And with the addition of re Direct Recycling, the group now focuses on returning single source products to the manufacturing processes.
The business is driven by the two founders, who move quickly with the market and continue to use their entrepreneurial instinct to innovate and develop ahead of market trends.
The company does not lend itself to hierarchical chains of command.

About the Role We are currently in the process of transitioning some of our legacy 2 D design software into a 3 D web platform based on 3 JS, so this would be the perfect time for someone with the right skills to join the interesting, varied, secure and growing company and multi-skilled software team.
The Borg group has many in house developed systems currently based around a heavily customised Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 - moving to D365 FO, supporting an increasingly diversified business.
The ideal candidates will have 5 years plus experience in a commercial environment and will be able to demonstrate the following: 3 JS or similar with a high degree of math, geometry, CAD or other very spatial design driven UI/UX Web development on Microsoft stack with REACT, Boot Strap, PHP Involved with requirement analysis, design, testing, training and roll-out full SDLC Engage stakeholders, using a consultative approach, internal customer facing role About You To join our outstanding team you will have: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment, but capable of managing workloads autonomously Excellent work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under pressure In addition to the above, any exposure to the following would make you stand out: Dynamics AX, X++ D365 functional/DEV experience BI, Dataverse and Power Platform Visually configured sales systems/CAD CAM/3 D rendering With the sustained growth of our company, there has never been a better time to join Borg.
