What You'll Be Doing:Coordinate shipments and orders, ensuring smooth execution.Keep shipments on track with real-time updates and proactive problem resolution.Be the go-to contact for customers, handling queries with professionalism and accuracy.Manage shipping documentation, clearances, and compliance with ease.Liaise with carriers like Toll and Direct Couriers to deliver seamless service.Maintain shipment data and support financial reporting.Tackle urgent deliveries, investigate issues, and provide root cause analysis.Support weekend logistics when required.Why Join Us?Gain valuable experience with a global logistics leader.
