Position: Junior Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Dingley, Australia
As a leading supplier of commercial project lighting solutions and custom-manufactured architectural features within the Australian market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our tight-knit team.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Lead, your key functions will be:
Ensure that all purchase orders ETAs are accurately recorded in the system.
Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmations, lead times, and delivery dates.
Monitor local and overseas freight costs and invoices, ensuring any significant variations are noted and justified.
Monitor and update shipment details once the purchase order has arrived.
Liaise with the warehouse when the purchase order arrives to check the stock and receive it.
Provide purchasing support to customer service, sales, and marketing teams regarding stock queries.
Process supplier invoices for the accounts team.
Work with the operations team to ensure optimal stock integrity through strong data management.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRMs.
