Duty Manager – Perth City Centre Premier Inn, Hotel.
Come and be a Duty Manager at Premier Inn in Perth City Centre. Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to make sure all aspects of the hotel experience are welcoming, safe and brilliant. Immediate start – retail experience relevant.
PAY RATE: Up to £12.59 per hour day shift
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don't do zero hours contracts
HOURS: 30 hours a week
LOCATION: Mill Street, Perth PH1 5HZ

What you'll do:

Join our team at Perth City Centre Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, and use your eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a fantastic way with people to manage our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning.
Manage and support staff in providing exceptional guest services.
Utilize leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
Oversee human resources tasks such as scheduling and training.
Utilize organizational skills to maintain efficiency in hotel operations.
Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.59 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
