Prime opportunity to join the Swinburne Digital Workplace Experience teamHEW 6 salary + 17% superAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Workplace Advisor to join the Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) team within Information Technology.
Reporting to the Digital Workplace Support Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing technology needs, providing face-to-face and omni-channel support, and resolving daily issues with a focus on Service Excellence.In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with IT teams to optimize incident resolution, problem management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

As a Technology Centre of Excellence, it enhances teaching, learning, and research through emerging technologies.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements with an emphasis on Service ExcellenceExcellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectationsDemonstrable technical skills in the maintenance and support of IT Technologies including Hardware, End User Software and Audio-Visual equipmentQualificationsA degree level qualification in information technology, information systems, with relevant experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.To ApplyPlease submit your CV and cover letter addressing your suitability for this position.
