We're looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.What we're looking for:Experience in developing systems to handle large data sets.
Data enthusiast.Strong database and SQL knowledge and understanding of Database Design Principles.Strong programming skills in .NET C# and/or Python.Experience in Object Oriented Programming and understanding of Software Design Principles and Architecture patterns.Understanding of data structures and algorithms.Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts, and other software developers.Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Advantageous skills and experience:Experience with delegating work to others.Experience with managing work/running sprints.Experience or interest in financial instruments (i.e., equities, futures, options) and markets.Exposure or interest in trading environments.Familiarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg and Reuters.Performance and identify solutions for improvement.Equal Opportunity StatementWe encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds, and we welcome requests for reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process to ensure that you can best demonstrate your abilities.Susquehanna does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or search firms.
