We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to work for a leading financial services client based in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer with strong expertise in Java, React, and NodeJS to work on high-traffic, mission-critical web applications in the financial services sector.

As a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences and ensure the stability and reliability of our client's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.Work on both the front-end (React/NodeJS) and back-end (Java) of high-traffic, customer-facing web applications.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring smooth user experiences.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Integrate with third-party APIs and backend services, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high-quality code practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring application uptime and performance.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.Strong proficiency in JavaExpertise in React and NodeJS building modern, responsive front-end applications.Experience working on high-traffic, high-performance websites and understanding of web scalability and performance optimization.Solid understanding of web development best practices, including version control (Git), continuous integration, and testing frameworks.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Desirable: Experience in the financial services industry or similar regulated environments.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with New Relic or Sumo LogicWhat's on offer:
