Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the development and optimization of our web platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while mentoring a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain the Catalystion website using the MERN stack.Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and delivers an exceptional user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.Debug and optimize code for performance improvements.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.Stay updated on emerging web technologies to recommend and implement innovations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.Experience with version control systems like Git.Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Why Join Us?
