As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Middle Park: Goodstart Early Learning Middle Park is located in the western suburbs of Brisbane in a residential area, close to shops, schools and public transport.
Our centre provides care for children from Nursery (6 weeks of age) to Kindergarten (5 years of age).
We have a fully funded Kindergarten program with three Early Childhood Teachers employed at the centre.
Our Kindergarten program aligns with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and our Educators work closely with local schools to ensure the transition to prep is positive and supportive.
All Educators value early childhood education as the foundation for lifelong learning and believe in providing the children with skills and attitudes that will be a positive basis for their lifetime.
Early childhood is valued and enjoyed and through carefully planned environments and play based experiences, we are able to embrace all children for the unique individuals they are and foster opportunities for all areas of learning, including physical, intellectual, language, social and emotional.
