Are you passionate about electric vehicles and sustainability?Join our innovative team at Share EV and make a real impact on Australia's transition to a zero-carbon economyAbout the RoleAs our Accounts Payable Officer and Infringement Manager, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:Financial Management:Bookkeeping and reconciliations in XeroManaging accounts payable and receivablePreparing Business Activity StatementsMonitoring automatic payments and generating batch paymentsVehicle Administration:Handling vehicle rego and licensingManaging vehicle charging and toll recoveryCollecting and setting up vehicles for hireCustomer Relations:Allocating traffic infringements to customersConducting initial debt notifications and customer conversationsDebt collection in a considerate but firm mannerCross-Functional Support:Collaborating with team members in vehicle operations, sales, and marketingWhat We OfferCompetitive Remuneration: $55,000 - $60,000 base + Super, with potential for EV use and performance bonusesFlexible Work Arrangements: On-site work in Brisbane or the Gold Coast with hybrid remote optionsCareer Growth: Opportunities for skill development in a rapidly expanding start-upMeaningful Impact: Support our fleet of EVs, which has already driven over 7 million emission-free kilometresWho We're Looking ForPassion for sustainability and zero-emission vehiclesStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailTechnical proficiency in Xero (formal training beneficial)Experience in debt collection and customer communicationPractical vehicle care skills and a valid driver's licenceMarketing experience, including social media (a plus)Key Performance IndicatorsYour success will be measured by:Minimising accounts receivable and bad debtMaintaining on-time payments and account integritySupporting financial and utilisation metricsEnhancing customer satisfactionAbout Share EVWe're revolutionising the electric vehicle rental experience, committed to sustainability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
