Offering AI tools and solutions that optimize user engagement and increase website performance through tailored digital interactions, enabling businesses to convert more website visitors into customers.About the Role:We're building a new team to manage our expanding client base. As the Performance Director, you will:Client Relationship Management: Be the strategic point of contact for high-value accounts, focusing on retention and conversion optimization. Acting as the primary contact, fostering strong client relationships.Performance Strategy & Analysis: Utilize your expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), paid search, and conversion rate optimization to improve client outcomes. Analyze data to increase conversion rates and drive measurable performance.Project Oversight & Collaboration: Oversee onboarding, collaborate with tech, engineering, and project management teams, and ensure seamless project execution.Performance Leadership: Manage a portfolio of 10-15 clients, focusing on achieving KPIs quickly. Driving success across all accounts.Key Requirements:Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and data-driven performance marketing.Experience in managing 10-15 clients simultaneously, within a digital agency.Proven track record in conversion rate optimization, with demonstrable results on previous client accounts.Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results quickly.Current agency background is a must, familiarity with performance marketing tools and technologies.Perks:Equity options after probation.Unrivalled internal resources to deliver on client's needs.Leave agency land mediocrity for a market leading, pre-IPO SaaS conversion optimization platform.Opportunity to work with a dynamic, high-growth team.Front seat opportunities to present at company sponsored industry events.Fast-paced environment with exposure to cutting-edge tech and performance marketing.Salary: Up to $180k Base (Depending on experience) + Super + Bonus + ESOP after 6 months
