Company Overview:We are seeking an experienced Performance Director to be a strategic point of contact for high-value accounts, focusing on retention and conversion optimization.Founded over 10 years ago, this VC funded company offers a digital platform that helps businesses improve their online conversion rates by delivering personalized customer experiences.Offering AI tools and solutions that optimize user engagement and increase website performance through tailored digital interactions, enabling businesses to convert more website visitors into customers.About the Role:We're building a new team to manage our expanding client base. As the Performance Director, you will:Client Relationship Management: Be the strategic point of contact for high-value accounts, focusing on retention and conversion optimization. Acting as the primary contact, fostering strong client relationships.Performance Strategy & Analysis: Utilize your expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), paid search, and conversion rate optimization to improve client outcomes. Analyze data to increase conversion rates and drive measurable performance.Project Oversight & Collaboration: Oversee onboarding, collaborate with tech, engineering, and project management teams, and ensure seamless project execution.Performance Leadership: Manage a portfolio of 10-15 clients, focusing on achieving KPIs quickly.
