Our client is looking for their next team player to join the head office and work across several offices.
Real Estate Sales Trust/General Accounting experience is essential for this position.

About the position:
Day to day Sales trust accounting activities such as: Daily receipting (inc. batch deposits) Daily bank reconciliations Property advertising and commission Invoice entry Commission management (inc. Agency and Agent splits) Settlement releases (all types: S24, S27, Settlement) Processing conjunctional and referral charges Entry of sale details (Purchaser, Sale particulars, PSOL etc) Trust adjustments and journals Bank batch file generation and uploading to bank systems Refunds End-of-month close procedures End-of-financial-year procedures Trust Reporting Trust balancing error investigation Attend regular team and various office meetings when required Liaise with all stakeholders Ensure trust accounting is conducted in compliance Conduct training where required Adhoc accounts-related duties Have fun and enjoy being a part of a great team If you have experience in Trust accounting and general accounts (no payroll) we would love to chat with you about this rare opportunity.
