ABOUT THE BUILDEROur client is a long standing Mid Tier builder who continues to evolve as a business, has developed a modern workplace that is inclusive, flexible and loyal to their staff, subbies, consultants and clients.
Over many years they have built a business that operates in multiple states on the East and West coasts.
They are a diversified builder completing a large range of commercial projects up to $100mil from health, age care, education from primary to tertiary, industrial, retail, airports, fitout and refurbs, you name it, they have built in their long history.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWith a member of the pre-contracts team being promoted this builder is looking for a Intermediate Estimator to join their company.
This builder has a well balanced pre-contracts team that includes:
EstimatorsDesign ManagersBDM'sSector SpecialistsPre-Contracts ManagerNaturally, this will provide you with multiple points of contact with experienced people who will be able to provide ongoing mentoring and advice.
This builder has a solid history of developing their estimating staff into Senior Estimators.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULExperience working for another Tier 3 or Tier 2 builder where you have gained experience across a range of tender types, measuring, pricing and communicating with subbies.
