What You'll Do Working as part of the high performing sales team, the Client Partnerships Executive will be tasked with providing support to the sales team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results for suppliers in the pet and baby category.
You will be responsible for:
Partner with Sales & Strategy, Cartology Operations, Solutions & Product, Insights & Data Analysts to deliver valuable outcomes for our clientsManage compliance reporting, handle client post-campaign reports, and billing and account queriesAct as the main sales contact for campaign delivery and incoming client inquiriesSupport the team with data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline managementProvide administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targetsProvide assistance with ad hoc support / requests on projects or other duties that arise What You'll Bring Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry with a start up mentalityStrong communication skills to manage, influence and negotiate with a diverse stakeholder networkStrong time management, attention to detail, planning & delivery skills in a fast-paced environmentGood analytical skills with the ability to translate online performance metrics into commercial business metricsCompetent with technology and comfortable learning new platforms.
