About the role:Play a pivotal role supporting our Nurses after they have conducted GP clinic visits by ensuring the clinics follow up with patients identified as at risk, facilitating better patient outcomes and optimising clinic workflow.This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to go perm.
Role & Responsibilities: Provide virtual support to clinic staff, addressing any issues or challenges in recalling patients.Collaborate closely with our Nurse team, primary care team and GP clinics to maintain smooth program operations.Handle administrative duties for the team including scheduling, reporting and maintaining accurate records.Gather and relay feedback from clinics to help improve overall program performance.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with GP clinics.Skills & Experience: Experience in healthcare industry highly advantageousStrong attention to detail and experience managing administrative tasks.Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skillsPassionate, driven, positive and adaptable.Preferred experience delivering education to primary care professionals.Background in virtual support tools, CRM systems and healthcare software desirable but not essential.Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
