Who are we looking for?
You will be highly professional and dedicated to finding new ways to add value, SUPER approachable, and team-oriented.
An individual with proven Executive Assistant experience at C-suite level, possessing superior time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
What a typical day will entail:
Proactively managing the CEO's diary, appointments, and travel commitments; Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events as required; Drafting and producing correspondence, reports, and presentations; Minute taking; Screening the flow of telephone calls, emails, and other incoming correspondence and prioritizing these for action; Liaising with and supporting the board of directors.
