A professional family in The Rocks, Sydney are seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to assist in the care of their 1 year old baby girl.

The days and normal hours are: 2 – 3 days – 8-12 hours per week Ideally Monday 11.00am -3.00pmWednesday 11.00am -3.00pmFriday 11.00am -3.00pmFlexible for the right candidate Additional hours may be required from time to time in the evening if the nanny is available. An ideal nanny would be warm, calm, and responsive.
A nanny that is also friendly, happy, and interested to actively engage in indoor and outdoor activities with the baby which will aid in her growth and development.
The family is looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable and is able to care for the baby throughout the day and follow routines.
Prior experience/professional qualifications working with young babies is highly advantageous for this role.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows: To care for the babyFollow the baby's routinePlay and engage in age-appropriate activities to assist in the baby's development.Take the baby out for walks/to the park/playground, etc.General tidying up after the baby and light household choresOccasionally cook a mealThe family's expectations from their nanny are: 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child careHave a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)Have a current Working with Children's checkDisplay strong communication skills and speak English.Full Drivers Licence (preferred but not essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
