Digital Operations Assistant

Job Description As Digital Operations Assistant, you will support the Digital Operations and Editorial team with the upload of recipes to the HelloFresh website as well as the creation of the HelloFresh recipe cards.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an understanding of digital web management.
They will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
More than anything else, you understand that the HelloFresh recipes are the most important connection we can have with our consumers, and a successful recipe ensures a truly successful customer experience.
You will… Be part of the team that develops recipes for HelloFresh Meal KitsWork closely with the Culinary and Product team to make any necessary changes to the digital recipesAssist with the entry and upload of recipes and product SKUs to the HelloFresh websiteConduct weekly audits of the HelloFresh website to ensure the accuracy and appeal of digital menu contentWork closely with the Editorial and photo studio teams to eliminate digital errors or inconsistencies, if/when product changes are madeAct as a point of contact for troubleshooting website issues, ensuring swift resolutionCreate and maintain standard operating procedures for digital operationsYou have… Student in the final part of your degree in either journalism, food studies, or a communications-related fieldA BS degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience with G SuiteExcellent written and communication skillsExperience working with style guides preferredYou are… Highly organized with a supreme attention to detail; you'll triple confirm and cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's correctPrevious experience with content management toolsA self-starter and truly proactive problem solver, who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is resolvedAble to maintain consistent deadlines while ensuring complete accuracy across all projects and tasksWhat you'll get in return… The chance to have a significant impact in a leading global food technology companyFlexible working arrangementsEgoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growthFree access to HeadspaceCompany discount - 70% off HelloFresh & 40% off YoufoodzHelloFresh Academies - monthly internal learning & developmentA diverse and vibrant international environment, with offices in 18 countriesStart Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period
Duration: Permanent full-time role.
