With over 60 years of experience, Macmahon is a diversified contractor with leading capabilities in surface and underground mining, civil construction and resources engineering. Macmahon is looking for a proactive People Advisor to join our Surface Mining People Operations team, supporting our Queensland Mine Sites. Reporting to the People Superintendent, you'll deliver hands-on generalist HR support, partnering with leaders and employees to improve employee experience and business performance.
