To be successful, you will be familiar with working in a fast-paced multi-site environment. Current or recent experience in Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurant, or Retail industries in a similar role is essential. In short, you 'make it happen'.Based in Eight Mile Plains and reporting to the Manager, People & Performance with a dotted line to the Corporate Operations Team, you are passionate about people, business in general, and making a positive difference with everything you do. To ensure your success in your new role, it is essential you possess the following:Technical excellence - you can accurately interpret all legislative frameworks and provide your findings in easy to understand communication to key stakeholders;Attention to detail - nothing escapes youA friendly and outgoing personality but with the ability to stand your ground when it's necessary;The ability to work either autonomously or within a team;The ability to manage multiple tasks at once within deadlines;Strong communication and relationship-building skills together with high standards of personal presentation and service;The ability to create credibility with everything you do and understand the significance of confidentiality; andProactively develop your career in a business that prides itself on never standing still.About the RolePartnering with key stakeholders within the business, you will be the first point of contact for all things people across the full employee life cycle. A typical day will include but will not be limited to:Managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Sandwich Artists & Restaurant Managers;Employee Relations - conducting formal disciplinary meetings, creating related documentation, and record keeping whilst adhering to legislative frameworks;Managing our Traineeship programs;Assisting the People & Performance team with various projects and ad hoc tasks;Employee Filing;Payroll and associated reporting.If you are looking to grow your career in a fun, vibrant, and inclusive environment, please apply
