Job Description As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind this coffee brand's digital presence.
You'll craft compelling content, manage multiple social channels, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to keep the feed as fresh as their coffee.
This role offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to shape the online voice of a beloved local brand.
You'll work directly with the business owner to develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with coffee enthusiasts and drive engagement.

Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals Create engaging, coffee-centric content for various social platforms Manage and grow the company's social media accounts Utilize AI tools and bots to enhance content creation and curation Stay ahead of social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent brand messaging Adapt content to resonate with the Western Australian target audience Requirements Proven track record as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in food and beverage Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms Experience with AI-powered content creation tools Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing, on-brand content Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting Flexibility to align with Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)Passion for coffee and the ability to convey that enthusiasm online #J-18808-Ljbffr
