About The RoleThis unique opportunity would suit an experienced Clinical RN with training/assessment qualifications who can coordinate and deliver education for our clinical teams within our residential aged care units.

Supported by and reporting to the General Manager Avondale House, the position is critical to support the skills currency of our workforce and accreditation requirements. This role can be a part-time role (4 days per week) with flexibility of days worked or full-time if opting to also work RN shifts.

About YouYou will have the following experience and be able to apply your clinical and people experience in teaching, growing and developing our staff across the clinical teams:

Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration

Previous experience in a training/educational environment as well as assessments

Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care

Strong computer skills and ability to use resident and learning programs

Demonstrated skills and experience in:

Compliance, writing and reporting

Working with people and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Planning, organising and leading

Deciding and initiating action

Current driver's license.

Current NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain
