Responsibilities As the Gaming Manager, you'll be the driving force behind providing gaming compliance and operations in a safe and engaging environment.
The venue is an iconic independent club that encourages community, family and loves to support local business and sporting clubs.
You will ; Oversee daily gaming operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Lead, train, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service and meet daily goals and targets.
Maintain strict compliance with gaming regulations, code of conducts and legislation.
Collaborate with other departments to plan events, promotions, and activities that enhance the gaming environment.
Be responsible for ensuring all cash and security processes are strictly maintained.
Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, financial transactions, and compliance documentation.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ensure that the venue's reputation for excellence is upheld at all times.
Requirements Proven experience as a Gaming Manager.
Must possess all required licenses and certificates.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities, code of conduct and compliance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
The drive and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding results.
