As the Bistro Manager, your energy and attention to detail will stand out.
You will know how to work the room, look after your customers and create a flawless service and atmosphere.
You will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen understanding of a gaming venue.
This role is hands-on and your goal will be to provide smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service and amazing teamwork.
About you: You take pride in your work Are progressive thinking and will bring fresh energy to the team Have the ability to inspire and lead fellow team members to provide amazing service You think about the little things that will enhance the customer experience Have very strong customer service standards Have a strong passion + interest for food, cocktails, beer, wine and spirits Have experience in training and developing team members and implementing procedures Excellent attention to detail Amazing grooming and presentation Gaming experience would be a bonus but not essential Experience & Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
