Managers Sports Bar/ Gaming and Bistro Preston Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the hospitality industry?
This dynamic sports bar and bistro in Preston is seeking strong hospitality leaders to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large venue.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong candidate with exceptional leadership and management skills to thrive in a bustling and well-established environment.
RSA, RSG, TAB Advanced are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staffing, including rostering, training, and performance supervision.
Handle stocktake, ordering, and inventory management to ensure efficient operation.
Leadership & Management: Lead by example, setting high standards for staff performance and service.
Implement and manage budgets and financial controls, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Coordinate and execute functions and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled professionally.
Business Acumen: Utilise strong business skills to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
Support the management team in strategic planning and operational improvements.
Additional Responsibilities: Provide support during peak times and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any issues that arise.
Some sporting knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
MUST have valid RSA, RSG, TAB and Gaming License.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of business operations, including budgeting and financial management.
Experience with rostering, stock take, and ordering processes.
Ability to handle functions and events with attention to detail.
Sporting knowledge is a plus but not required.
