With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and top-quality workmanship, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Electrician to join our team.
If you are passionate about electrical work, have a knack for fault finding, and possess excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics to identify faults and power issues in residential premises.
Perform electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in accordance with NSW regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the issues, proposed solutions, and work being performed.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
Utilise company-provided vehicle to travel to job sites across Sydney.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid NSW Electrical Licence.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential electrical services.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanour in all customer interactions.
