The Organisation
Technology People are currently working with an enterprise business making substantial uplift across their Identity and Access Management function.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Identity in this enterprise business, this role plays a unique position in shaping and guiding Identity solutions from the front door.
If you love influencing a large variety of stakeholders at the strategic level and taking the lead for how Identity is perceived across a big business then this could be the role for you.
From leading conversations with various business areas to shape and estimate their strategic outcomes, to shaping and curating the backlog for the identity domain, the Security Principal is a big role with the opportunity to make material differences.
At a high level:
Leading pipeline management including the front door and initiative estimatesBeing a focal point for technology and business stakeholders engaging with the Identity domain for services, building positive relationships and delivering key capabilitiesUnderstanding Cyber Security policies and standards, and security requirements across the systems lifecycle for new or changes to existing IAM products and servicesAbout You
We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management ability.
Proven Portfolio Management skills managing scope, time, cost, quality, risk etcExperience with Identity technology and solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Microfocus, SailPointExperience working in agile and in a highly complex ambiguous environmentExceptional collaboration, influencing and communication skills.How to Apply
