Reporting directly to the Head of External Communications, we are seeking an experienced Videographer to support the execution of an impactful national external communications strategy.
From managing the creation of video, photographic, design and social media content that aligns with the St Vincent's 2030 Strategy, this role will never be boring.
You will ultimately be seen as a media and digital production contributor to the National Communications, Media and Brand team, getting to let your creativity and innovation shine
This is a Permanent Full Time position based in our Melbourne Hospital precinct on a hybrid working arrangement.
Key responsibilities of the role: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation including marketing, media and communications teams to assist in the execution of external communications for the entire St Vincent's organisation nationally, and develop digital content that tells a 'One St Vincent's' storyCreate content for a range of St Vincent's enterprise needs such as web, social media, marketing and advertising, stakeholder presentations and proposals and provide support and advise as neededProduce, film, edit and manage digital delivery of video, photography, design and more for multiple platforms and channels across St Vincent'sPilot the role of a St Vincent's 'presenter' in self-produced digital content, particularly on social media (eg: TikTok, Instagram), deciphering and explaining complex issues and concepts in engaging and creative short videos to be liked and shared to increase familiarity and awareness of our organisationLead the brand and design for external social media including the use of Photoshop, Premier Pro and Adobe Creative suite, and provide support and coaching for other teams and across St Vincent'sThings that work for us: Tertiary qualification in media production, design or a related disciplineA minimum of five years' demonstrated experience working in a similar high-profile and impactful communications roleProven experience filming video and managing full production for creative assets; filming, editing, sound design, asset design and graphic designHigh proficiency in media assets such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Lightroom and Adobe Creative suite to produce high-quality social media and external media materialsAbility to think creatively.
