We're growing rapidly and are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our dynamic team
About the role In this role, you'll be working in a young, fun & energetic team reporting directly to the Director.
This is a part-time role (full-time can be considered) located in Port Melbourne, VIC 3027 for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.
What you'll be doing Manage and run paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and Amazon efficiently to achieve KPIs.
Write persuasive, high-quality copy for ads, emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
Plan, create, and post engaging content daily across social media platforms.
Create compelling content including photos, videos, reels and graphics using software like Canva, Adobe that align with our brand identity.
Be a frequent face in videos and reels, representing the brand and engaging with the community.
Work with in-house videographer to create videos and reels to drive engagement through storytelling, and showcase Onegym's atmosphere, products and brand.
Collaborate with athletes and influencers to produce engaging content for campaigns and partnerships.
Engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering customer relationships.
Run & manage email marketing.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, ensuring our content is fresh and innovative.
Analyse data using Google Analytics to refine strategies and report on campaign performance.
Write SEO-optimized blogs for our website to enhance organic traffic and support brand authority.
What we're looking for Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion, sports, or retail industries.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok ads and Google Analytics.
Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
Familiarity with Shopify and SEO best practices.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
Excellent content creation skills, with a strong eye for visuals and the ability to craft engaging copy.
Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
Demonstrated success in building and executing effective social media strategies that drive engagement and business results.
Familiarity with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with the wider marketing team.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO is preferred, however not essential.
