Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) We are the Cartwrights, a family that has traveled and toured Australia for the past 3 years documenting our life and business ventures in a weekly YouTube series and on social media platforms.
Our life and businesses have gained significant traction in the touring industry.
We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager.
Our platforms are well established and come with an audience expectation of quality content.
Our YouTube series is only 1 year old, and across all 40 episodes, we average 150,000 views per episode.
Our business, Cartwright Company, is only 6 months old and is growing fast.
We give away major monthly prizes valued at up to $450,000 and also have a reputable clothing line as well as sponsorships from very reputable companies in the industry.

Role Overview:As the Social Media & Marketing Manager for The Cartwrights Instagram page, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement.
You'll play a key role in creating content, managing day-to-day posts, and building a strong, loyal following on Instagram.
You will be managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns, with a minimum of 12 - 15 major campaigns per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually compelling content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
that captures the essence of The Cartwrights brand.Meta and Google Marketing: Manage Meta and Google marketing campaigns.Social Media Strategy: Plan and implement a strategic content calendar that promotes key campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs; foster relationships with followers, influencers, and potential brand partners.Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with the voice and aesthetic of The Cartwrights brand.Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and influencer partnerships to increase visibility and engagement.Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.Who You Are:
You have 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a particular focus on Instagram.You are passionate about storytelling, visual content, and brand building.You have a strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm and how to drive engagement through creative and strategic content.You're highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.You have experience with social media analytics and know how to leverage data to optimize performance.You're a team player with a collaborative mindset, but you also thrive working independently.A strong understanding of brand identity and how to communicate it authentically to a growing audience.Must Have:
3+ Years Experience with paid social media campaigns and ads management.Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/editing software.Previous experience working in fashion, lifestyle, and/or offroad and touring industries.Why Join Us?
