JOB PURPOSEParticipates in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
General description of scopePerforms with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to:
Develop the production process to improve the performance standard.Establish new production processes.Create production documentation, work instructions, CNC programs and/or routings.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESPerforms with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to:
Develop the production process to improve the performance standard.Establish new production processes.Create production documentation, such as assembly & test procedures, work instructions, CNC programmes and/or routings.Supervises less experienced engineering personnel by checking their calculations, design conception, and engineering solutions ensuring quality and efficiency of deliverables.Creates written specifications for the design and/or supply of shop tools.Review drawings, part reports and procedures to ensure parts can be safely produced in the most effective and efficient manner possible.Provides Quality Notification disposition where required.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:More than 5 years of experience.
REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Good command of English.Show evidence of good organizational and problem-solving skills.Service/Customer oriented.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture.REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:Strong basic knowledge in Manufacturing processes.Understanding in use of CAD/CAM (NX) and PLM Systems (TCE).Understanding in use of Vericut.Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.Additional SAP knowledge will be helpful.Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
