Their services include domestic assistance, personal care, social support, respite, and light home and garden maintenance.
By working closely with clients and their families, FHSS develops individualised care plans to ensure that each person's needs are met with respect and compassion.Position Overview:As an Aged Care Support Worker with FHSS, you will be part of a compassionate, professional team that provides essential in-home care to individuals across Adelaide.
Your role will focus on enhancing the quality of life for clients by offering personal care, domestic assistance, and social support tailored to their individual needs.This role involves travel, with a paid above-standard travel allowance.
You must be available at short notice and able to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
