We take a commercial mindset to all we do, ensuring we make strategic decisions that live up to customer expectations.The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group.
As part of COFE as a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Engineering Business Unit and manage financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting activities which support decision making.
This role will collaborate with the business to produce monthly management reporting for actuals and forecast, develop financial plans and undertake analysis and research activities for continuous improvement initiatives.In this role, you will work on the consolidation, validation and reporting on periodic budgets and statutory reporting processes whilst ensuring a sound financial control and governance framework is maintained.You'll have -Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA qualified) and experience with similar roles, with 3+ years' experienceStrong attention to detail, managing complex financial models with large data volumesHighly motivated self-starter; able to work under time pressure with limited supervisionStrong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear financial analysis and adviceConsiderable exposure to forecasting and budgeting processesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both verbally and in writing.Oracle experience.Advanced excel skills, experience in ESSBASE and Hyperion spreadsheet packages preferredA high level of accountability and ability to work to deadlinesWe're committed to helping you build your career.
