Our work force consists of 650+ casual employees that we manage nationally.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take us to our next stage of growth.
Some of our clients include: Tesla, Paramount Pictures, Nintendo, nib Health Funds, Pacific Smiles Dental, MG Motors, Minor Figures and more.
About the Role: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9-5pm ish & on call outside of hours/weekends as required by clientsThe role would be based 100% remotely from SydneyYou would also need to attend client meetings/site visits where required which could be anywhere in SydneyAs Operations Manager you will: Provide account & project management services to our largest clients from enquiry through to job completionOversee the entire operations team ensuring service excellence in all areasBuild professional relationships with clients and stakeholdersWork closely with the Staffing Managers and Recruitment Coordinator to ensure staffing resources are adequate for client demand and quality control is highBe responsible for Workplace Health & SafetyEnsure client expectations are exceeded in all areas of operational deliveryEnsure casual staff satisfaction levels are highEnsure other managers in the business are leading their teams effectivelyBe the direct report for all staff in Operations Team (including any future hires)Ensure culture is maintained and the entire team are living & breathing the company valuesEnsure the operations team are running at maximum efficiency at all times, which includes improving processes, efficiency & maximising individual/team productivity levelsResponsibility for cost control in operational deliveryComplete ad-hoc duties and general admin that come with the general nature of the roleAbout You: You come from a background in Account Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Recruitment or EventsAt least 2 years experience in an Operations roleStrong people management skills and experience having > 5 direct reportsHave a complete growth mindsetExtremely self-motivated and ability to work autonomouslyExtremely organised & efficientPositive work ethic with a can-do attitudeHigh level of attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious demonstrated experience working remotelyMust be tech savvy and able to learn new software easilyOut-going personality who thrives on working with peopleProcess drivenWilling to get your hands dirtyWhat's in it for you?
