With a new Strategic Plan which supports Healthway's vision over the next five years, a new approach to measuring outcomes within Healthway's Partnership and Communities funding programs and a new Grants Management System which supports end-to-end grant making, Healthway requires an in-depth review and management of its evaluation and reporting templates and processes to ensure alignment to the new Strategic Plan, Evaluation Framework and Grants Management System.
The new evaluation approach will enable project outcomes to be measured at an individual grant level, and then be aggregated at a program and organisational level.
This role has the following key areas of focus:
Implementing Healthway's new Evaluation Framework across the Healthy Partnerships and Healthy Communities grant programs, including development of key indicators and documents to support data collection and reporting.Implementing Healthway's Measurement Toolkit with funded organisations.Developing a reporting mechanism for project outcome data.Contributing to the overall evaluation and monitoring work of Healthway.Mandatory Role Requirements Police ClearanceCurrent C Class Driver's LicenceWant to know more?
