Specializing in car finance and offering comprehensive equipment and commercial finance solutions, we are expanding rapidly thanks to new distribution agreements.

Now, we're looking to enhance our team with two skilled and motivated professionals who have a dealership business manager mindset and a proven track record of success.
The Role:
As a Senior Business Manager at Simply Finance, you'll bring your dealership experience to a broader client network, managing existing referral relationships and expanding our distribution network.
We'll provide all the training, accreditations, and development needed for your success and growth in this role.
With established lead sources ready for you to manage, and ongoing support from our team, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Managing relationships with an established referral network and helping to expand it.Delivering exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations.Utilizing established leads to grow your client base and drive business success.What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven track record in dealership or finance roles with high-level performance.Sales Background: Strong sales skills, with an engaging personality and customer-first approach.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills.Process-Oriented: High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.Self-Motivated: Driven to exceed targets with a positive, proactive attitude.Preferred Qualification: Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking.Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance and insurance products is essential.What's On Offer:
