With solid global backing, you will have the autonomy to deliver very-real results and outcomes, alongside broadening remits across IndoPAC.Your new roleThis is a role where you must be able to operate at a senior level, whilst being hands-on in the below areas.Identifying & Developing business development opportunities.Conducting investigative analysis, engage leadership, and manage the full business development lifecycle.Oversee solicitation pursuits and coordinate resources through various capture stages.Execute business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.Build relationships with local and regional partners to identify market opportunities.Develop strategic investment plans and tools.Lead meetings with customers, competitors, and team members to gain market insights.Participate in business development activities, including proposal reviews and competitive assessments.Mentor team members and subcontractors.About you:You will have extensive experience in a business development, sales and/or capture role.Strong defence industry experience, with regional Indo-Pacific knowledge.Ex-military personnel are highly regarded.Proven success in business development and growth.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Commercial acumen and leadership abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse network.Dynamic character who is happy to be hands-on whilst operating at a senior level.What you'll get in returnThis is a great opportunity for those seeking career growth, dynamic work and excellent exposure to the defence industry in general.
