Who are we looking for?
Someone with a genuine desire to support your clients - you are confident and comfortable speaking directly with people, and your industry expertise gives them clarity and confidence.Must have's
Ability to build strong relationships Hungry for opportunities to create value Egoless and collaborative Action-oriented and great at getting things done Expertise in insurance broking - the role would ideally suit someone who has either worked as an SME broker themselves or supported an SME broker at a senior level.
What you'll be doing:
Developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Managing a portfolio of 40-50 key accounts (brokers).
Travelling (by car or plane) to meet with clients.
Understanding client needs and visions.
Providing resolution for problems.
Acting as the point of contact.
Generating new business organically through customer network.
This role works 100% remotely and requires local travel to meet with customers.The Company:
Community Broker Network is the largest in Australia, with just over 70 employees in their diverse, agile and high-performing team.
They have won awards for their workplace and culture (certified "Great Place to Work" 3 years in a row) and manage a network of over 300 general insurers, providing purpose-built technology systems, education and training, marketing, HR and business advice.
You'll be joining the Distribution team who work remotely across the country to service our clients and generate organic growth.
