Consumer Portfolio Leader

Permanent role Provide insights through data Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, or Melbourne location About the role: The role of Consumer Portfolio Leader is to identify opportunities and drive change across the product portfolio.
What you'll do: Analyse the portfolio performance across all channels to identify opportunities to optimise portfolio profit and loss performance Evaluate the performance of product/pricing/marketing/claims initiatives to determine impact and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct regular investigation of the portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends and develop appropriate solutions.
Lead and develop others ability to draw insights and connect underlying story to the data Actively motivate, develop, coach and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team Produce consumer portfolio information and analysis servicing both internal and external stakeholders such as Regulators, Reinsurers and the ATO.
What you'll bring: Entrepreneurial mindset and customer centric approach Ability to initiate and manage changes Knowledge of key financial processes and performance metrics A passion for people development and leadership Insurance product knowledge preferred.
