Docketbook is revolutionising the construction industry by facilitating the exchange of docket information across different companies.We are seeking a proactive Implementation Consultant to join our small enterprise implementations team, reporting to the Customer Success Manager.The Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting new enterprise implementations by driving supply chain onboarding activities that lead to successful outcomes for both Head Contractors and their suppliers. This involves engaging with suppliers to understand their processes, implementing best practices for integrating Docketbook into their businesses, conducting training sessions, maintaining momentum, and keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the process to ensure successful adoption.Docketbook operates as a two-sided solution, meaning suppliers send their dockets through Docketbook, and projects receive these dockets on the platform. The Implementation Consultant will work with projects to onboard their suppliers and subcontractors, digitising the entire supply chain.The CompanyDocketbook is a software as a service company, specialising in exchanging docket data digitally, between construction companies and their supply chains. We are digitising one of the most inefficient processes in the construction industry - docket handling. We are the first and only digital docket management solution that works across company boundaries for everyone, from the small operator to enterprise suppliers and contractors.Our team culture is supportive, collaborative, and ambitious. Docketbook is an excellent product, and you'll work with projects and suppliers committed to implementing it. This role is crucial to ensuring implementation milestones are continuously worked towards and reached.The Role:Working with construction supply chain and projects to identify stakeholders, understand their internal processes, plan implementations, and set timelinesEngaging with supply chain contacts to remove any barriers to onboarding Docketbook by finding the quick winsSet up personalised landing pages and email workflows in HubspotProvide training to the suppliers working on the projectOnce implemented, ensure successful ongoing usage by suppliers and projectsProvide product feedback and feature requests to the product teamSkills Required:Experience in B2B software in any of the following roles: account management, change management, or implementationsPrevious experience in the construction industry is an advantage, but not required.Experience using CRM tools would be usefulProactive and organised style of workingProblem-solving attitude - working with customers to fully understand their processes, issues, and how best they can utilize Docketbook in their contextGood follow-through, attention to detail, and organisationConfident in communicating with different levels of stakeholders - ranging from owner-operators to project managersExcellent interpersonal skills, not just with customers but with the Docketbook team as wellHybrid role – This role can be split between working from home and working in our Bowen Hills officeSupportive culture – Docketbook is an inclusive workplace with a close-knit, respectful and diverse team.Opportunity – we are a growing organisation and want our team to grow with us.Experience – you will have the opportunity to work with leading Australian and global brands to support their digital transformationUnfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates who do not have working rights in Australia.
