They have a Global reach and hold the world's largest portfolio of building products, technologies, software and services, transforming the environment where people live, work, learn and play.About your new jobAs a Retentions Specialist, you will manage a pre-existing portfolio of customers and assist with their enquiries.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Responding to all customer requirements promptly, efficiently, and professionally.Qualifying, identifying, and converting all potential sales opportunities.Documenting all calls and actions taken for each customer's query.Liaising and supporting other internal functions within the business to ensure total customer satisfaction.General office administrative duties as required.Preparing quotes and pricing for customers and projects.Calling existing customers and upselling new services.About you• Ability to handle objections and customer complaints• Good knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand market• Previous inbound and outbound fast-paced call centre experience• High level of computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office• Exceptional customer experience focus• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Excellent time management skills• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills• High level of attention to detail and organisational skillsWhat's in it for you?• Permanent opportunity with a global and highly regarded corporation• Street parking or immediate access to public transport• Opportunity to develop, learn, and grow your skills• Play a vital role in the businessIf this opportunity sounds right for you, please click the Apply Now button, and an experienced consultant may call you to discuss further.#J-18808-Ljbffr
